Comprising demolition of the existing rear wall of the dwelling and build large single story extension complete with remodelled new bathroom, utility, home office.
New Kitchen and replacement of all doors, joinery & finishes throughout. Dwelling has been finished to a high standard of finish and all the building works including demolition, Concrete work, carpentry, joinery plus roof construction were carried out by direct labour under foreman’s supervision.
Under floor heating was installed throughout the ground floor once the old timber floors were removed.
